We had a fantastic and romantic stay here for one night, with friendly staff who even offered us a wake-up service and ironing - what a lovely experience!

Wonderful hotel with great wi-fi, the location was favourable on arrival reception gave us a list of local restaurants. Location: the property was short walk to square. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Jimmy's Egg Restaurant, ate there couple of times.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff very courteous and nice. All in all the hotel is recommendable! The outside area is very well maintained and inviting.

The hotel is located right by les-Alpilles, Arles, and many other interesting spots. the food was excellent. the staff was pleasant. the room was large and functional, with a private bathroom, central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box.

Good breakfast buffet and nice pool with sunbeds to relax. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, but a little expensive. We are on foot to Les Baux de Provence, about 1 1/2 hours up and 1 hour back (hiking trail about 5 km easy).

The breakfast was very good and the service was friendly and helpful. Also at the reception the staff was courteous and not only offered help but also provided it (carry suitcases!). The location is excellent - it is about 10 minutes to the centre of Moussane where many restaurants are established.

A separate room for the bikes might be desirable. Everything else is OK!

The hotel was a comfortable place located near many restaurants and cafes in the outskirts of the village, with a garden to enjoy for 1.5 hours. the location was convenient, just a short distance from all the places we wanted to visit. We were offered a room with lovely views of the terrace. the staff were incredibly pleasant.

We had double room with a fridge. A mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe were good. The location in a lovely area was great. The airport was 0.5 km away...

The staff were very welcoming and super friendly. the room was brand-new and modern with a fridge. the overall experience was lovely. the breakfast was the best I've ever had. the location was magnificent, close to excellent restaurants and the village center.

Very clean and well-serviced room. Nice outdoor area with plenty of space and places to sit. Well located for trips to St Rémy, Avignon, Arles and other parts of Provence. A good selection of restaurants and shops in Maussane-les-Alpilles just ten minutes walk from the hotel.

No elevator for rooms on the upper storey. No lamp or other light over/near the desk.

Emptying of the ashtray on the terrace only on request

The value for money at Best Western was great, with a clean room and good breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was near interesting places and routes.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a more streamlined procedure.

The location was very good...situated near both Les Baux and St. Rémy de Provence. The ambiance was relaxing, the staff extremely cordial, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Plus, we travel with our small dog and they were pet-friendly. The area was perfect for us. We prefer a countryside hotel, and this location offered proximity to the sites and peace and quiet...the private terrace was also a plus!

Great quiet location on the edge of Maussanes, beautiful small park behind the hotel. A very good breakfast offer for France . The secure parking facilities in front of the hotel are another advantage.

The showers were very weak and placed too low.
